Resources Mobiliser and Partnerships Manager


Anastasie is the Resource Mobilization and Partnerships Manager at Save Environment Initiative (SEI), where she leads strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and resource mobilization efforts to support environmental conservation and sustainable development initiatives. An accomplished Environmental Management and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional, she holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Environmental Management and a Diploma in Forest Resource Management, providing her with a strong foundation in natural resource governance, environmental sustainability, and ecosystem restoration.

Throughout her professional career, Mrs Gasana has gained extensive experience in environmental conservation, wetland rehabilitation, environmental compliance, project implementation, research, and data management. She has served in reputable organizations, including Mitchell Drilling International, where she worked as an HSE Officer overseeing health, safety, and environmental performance within lithium exploration operations. Her experience also includes serving as a Project Assistant Botanist for the Kigali Wetlands Rehabilitation Project and as an Associate Consultant supporting community-based water supply and environmental sustainability programs. Driven by a deep passion for conserving and rehabilitating degraded ecosystems, Ms Gasana is committed to advancing sustainable environmental practices while promoting safe, inclusive, and ethical workplaces that uphold human rights and environmental standards.

She aspires to further strengthen her expertise through a Master's degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Management and continues to champion initiatives that create lasting positive impacts for communities, ecosystems, and future generations through effective leadership, partnership building, and environmental stewardship.
